TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING
It is agreed that all open accounts are on a strict 15 day agreement (unless agreed in writing between customer and Airpart Supply Ltd) from the date of invoicing and will be settled accordingly, either by Bank Cheque, Chaps, Bacs, Banker’s Draft or cash. It is also expressly pointed out that cash payments will only be accepted for transactions not exceeding £10,000.00 ($15,000.00) in order to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2003
TITLE OF GOODS
All goods supplied by Airpart Supply Ltd. shall be deemed the property of this company until paid for in full. Airpart Supply Ltd. at all times will reserve the right to apply and arrange at their discretion for the re-possession of any unpaid goods in the event of a closure or change of name in any clients business.
RETURN OF GOODS
Goods will only be accepted back without a penal charge; provided it can be proved they were received in a condition totally unsuitable for which they were originally ordered (ie faulty or substandard). Outside of this condition the goods may be accepted back subject to written agreement and this must be applied for within 14 days of the date of invoicing. The returned goods will also be liable to a restocking charge plus all shipping costs (exclusive of VAT)
Airpart Supply Ltd. Expressly point out that they act at all times as an agent for the Original Manufacturer and can only be held responsible for and act on Warranties as dictated by the Original Manufacturer, in this capacity. Airpart Supply Ltd. will observe all warranty standards and specifications as set out by the original manufacturer and will at all times attempt to advise all customers on Warranties, Airworthiness Directives etc.
All goods will be invoiced in US Dollars and converted to sterling at the applicable Rate of Exchange. Manufacturer’s List Prices effective on the invoicing date will be those applied and could be liable to change without prior notification.
DELIVERY & PACKAGING CHARGES
All purchases made from Airpart Supply Ltd (unless otherwise agreed) are FOB Booker, High Wycombe. Special Delivery Services for AOG situations can be arranged and the net cost will be agreed prior to despatch. Although every endeavour will be made to ensure same day dispatch, Airpart Supply Ltd. cannot be held liable for any breakdown in the postal or delivery service used.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that all movements on the website are monitored for statistical purposes only. All data will be kept on file strictly at the premises of Airpart Supply Ltd and will not be distributed or shared to any other party without prior consent from the user.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that you either a) Hold an End Use Authorisation Number or b) Have access to the details of the aircraft for which these parts are required including the Certificate of Airworthiness.
